C# 304: Magic Number

Problem 3 - Magic Number: Write a program that generates a number, and then asks the user to guess the number. If he did, a success message appears. If he didn't, a message appears that tell us if the number is lower or higher than the magic number, and then waits for another input until the user guess the number.
